Cancellations
There is a 4 hour Cancellation Policy. If your can't make it to your session please call or text, and we can move your session to a more suitable time. If you cancel within a 4 hour period then you will forfeit that session.

Yes you can train with a friend. Personal Training costs can be split between the two of you. Totally affordable.

Most of the emphasis tends to be on getting a strong core, but what is generally the issue is a weak posterior chain. Weak Hamstrings, inactive Glutes and a weak lower back can cause all types of issues, pain and structural imbalances.
